Meditation at Aryan Yoga Kendra is designed to create mental calmness, emotional stability and better focus through scientifically guided mind–body techniques. Under my guidance, simple and practical meditation methods are taught so that beginners and advanced learners can practice safely and effectively.
From a scientific point of view, regular meditation helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress hormones like cortisol and supports better heart rate control and breathing patterns. It also improves oxygen supply to the brain and enhances neural activity related to attention, memory and emotional regulation.
